DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Ariadne is a delicate and pretty creature. Her movements have a birdlike quality to them. When she turns her head or when she approaches something for the first time, there's just something about the way she holds her body that makes it look like she's about to take flight any second. She wears her hair long--almost to her knees--and it's usually in a thick braid over her left shoulder. She also has two long, vertical scars running up her back, across her shoulder blades. She's rarely seen around without a copper, coil bracelet around her upper left arm.

Status

Ariadne arrived with the first wave of Rifters. She's been adopted by Katniss Everdeen as an honorary sister. She can be seen pretty much every day helping with the refugees, whether it's sneaking them treats or playing her flute for the children.

Reputation

Ariadne is a Rifter. Not much else is known about her at this point. She seems very kind and curious. Also easily confused about some very simple things, while deeply knowledgeable about stranger things. Bubbly and kind, she likes being called "Airy."

I love squishy romance, heists, musical performances, girl-meets-world tropes, and a little bit of horror.

Interests: Above all, my favorite thing about RPing is the interpersonal relationships that are formed. With jamjar-ish settings, in particular, I love the dynamics that evolve out of a group of people who would seemingly have nothing to do with each other, but are forced to live together and cooperate. While I enjoy things like shipping, action, and adventure, all of those, for me, stem out of unlikely interpersonal relationships first. With Ariadne in particular, I'm eager to explore things like race relations and the social tensions that exist within society. And, I'm not going to lie, I like things that are a little silly too. The idea of Ariadne trying to adjust to Dragon Age fashion, for example. Funny, but because it stems from a human place.
