The granite and marble was ancient. More than a thousand years old. Quarried from a secret cavern that no one's been able to find for centuries. The only white was the marble on the floor. Oh! I loved those tiles! I used to practice walking them without touching the grout between when I was a little girl!

Secret purple marble quarries sounds like a helluvan adventure. I know what you mean, though, I did that too with cracks in the sidewalk.

I don't really understand it, but my sister used to make me play it with her.
